As a British Cycling Level 3 coach Mat has the skills and knowledge to get you riding from your first pedal stroke to winning your first race and beyond, whatever your goal may be. Mat combines his knowledge as a Cycle Coach, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach to bring you a fully rounded plan with no stone left unturned.

Running individual and group skills training sessions in the disciplines of Road, Time Trial and Mountain Biking to get you riding if you've never ridden or to get past a plateau if you're stuck on an obstacle at your local Bike Park trail.

Mat's knowledge will help you plan your racing season or get you to the start line of your first cycling challenge in the best shape you can be in with the knowledge that you can do it. Using science backed research into training techniques, interval sessions and rest & recovery requirements, Mat can help build an Annual Training Plan so you can focus on the hardwork safe in the knowledge you'll be ready when the time comes to push and commit.
